This Emotional Intelligence (EI) training course will concentrate on the five core competencies of EI: self-regulation, motivation, empathy, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. Participants will learn to create and execute these to improve their relationships in work and life, by expanding their understanding of social and emotional behaviours, and figuring out how to deal and manage their responses to particular circumstances.
